The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is a government-owned bank employee hiring authority that reports to the Ministry of Finance in the Government of India. This was founded with the goal of encouraging the hiring and alignment of fresh faced undergraduates, postgraduates, and doctorates in government-owned Indian banks. Also it offers organizations with efficiencies for appraisal and result handling.
IBPS 2021 Notification Out
In discharging its duties, IBPS has issued the CRP Clerks – XI notification of Common Recruitments for the post of Clerk for the eleventh time. This recruitment will take place across the country in government-owned Indian banks. Notification Details –
IBPS released the notification of the Common Recruitments of Clerk 2021 on 6th of October 2021on its official website – WWW.ibps.in . As per the notification the online application forms for the CRP Clerks – XI exam will be available from 7th October 2021, and the Prelims and Mains exam for the CRP Clerks – XI recruitments are expected to be scheduled in December 2021 & January 2022. These recruitments will be made for the eleven government- owned Indian banks. The rest of the information from the notification document is mentioned below.

Eligibility criteria for IBPS CRP Clerks
Since hiring in the clerks coterie in Public Sector Banks is completed on the State/UT grounds, applicants can just qualify for vacant positions inside the State/UT. As a result, applicants will be obliged to take the Exam at each of the centers located within the State and UTs. Moreover, based on the responding, regulatory viability, and other factors, applicants could be assigned to an exam center beyond the State or UT that they are applying for. Keep in mind that the reallocation is just for exam purposes, and the applicants would be regarded for vacant positions in the State/UT for which they decided to apply.
At the moment of hiring as well as any resultant phase during the hiring procedure as needed by IBPS/Participating Banks, aspirants should have the required paperwork in original and a photocopy to show their individuality and qualifications (pertaining to category, nationality, age, educational qualifications, etc.) as implied in the application forms.
Required Eligibility Criteria –
Nationality –
A candidate must be either –
- a Citizen of India or
- a subject of Nepal or
- a subject of Bhutan or
- a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
- a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
AGE –
From the date 01/07/2021the minimum age of the IBPS CRP Clerks – XI 2021 exam is – 20 years, and the maximum age for the exam is 28 years.
Along with this some special relaxation are there in age criteria for the different categories. As per the notification mention the age relaxations are –
- For ST/SC = 5 years
- For Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) – 3 years
- For Persons With Disabilities – 10 years
- For Ex-Servicemen / Disabled Ex-Servicemen – Actual period of service rendered in the defense forces + 3 years (8 years for Disabled ExServicemen belonging to SC/ST) subject to a maximum age limit of 50 years
- For Widows, divorced women and women legally separated from their husbands who have not remarried – Age concession up to the age of 35 years for General/EWS, 38 years for OBC and 40 years for SC/ST candidates
- Persons affected by 1984 riots 5 years.
Educational Qualification Criteria –
A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India, or other similar degree accepted by the Central Government. The applicant must have a viable Mark-sheet / Degree or diploma proving that he or she is a graduate on the day of registration and imply the marks achieved in graduating from college when registering online.
Computer Literacy: Applicants must have operating and working knowledge of computer systems, i.e. a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/should has studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in High School/College/Institute.
Applicants must be eligible to read, write, and speak the official language of the state or territory in which they wants to apply.
Ex-Servicemen who not meet all above legal exam qualifications ought to be study requires Ex-Servicemen who’ve already acquired the Army Special Certificate of Education or a relating affidavit in the Navy or Air Force after serving in the Armed Forces of the Union for at least 15 years as of October 27, 2021. Such documents must be dated on or before October 27, 2021.

IBPS CRP Clerks – XI exam Application details –
The online application period begins on October 7, 2021 and ends on October 27, 2021. Candidates who have already successfully registered for this process between July 12-14, 2021, do not need to apply again. Their previous application will be considered for further consideration.

IBPS CRP Clerks – XI exam Pattern and Selection –
The IBPS CRP Clerks – XI exam is divided into two parts: the preliminary exam and the main exam. A candidate must pass the Prelims exam in order to sit for the Mains exam, and a candidate must pass both the Prelims and Mains exams in order to be considered for the final selection.
The Prelim Exam –
There are three phases in the prelims exam, and a candidate must pass all three of them to pass the prelims exam. There are separate cut off criteria for each of the three sections.

Numbering for the selections –
In both the prelim and main examinations, there is a penalty for each and every incorrect answer. A wrong move to an objective question will result in a 1/4 minuses marks of the total mark allotted to that question. There’ll be no penalty for leaving a question empty or unsolved.
The final exam score is calculated by the score of the second phase – Main exam, and on the basis of those scores, a merit list is formed for each category separately, and then the candidate is selected based on the set cut-off.
